Research use only
Catalog products are sold solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research. They are not foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical products, or veterinary products and are not intended for human or animal consumption, bodily introduction, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of disease. Purchasers accept responsibility for lawful handling, storage, transport, use, and disposal.
Accounts and purchaser certification
An account is required to order. By ordering, you certify that the purchase is for lawful research, you are qualified and authorized to handle the materials, and you will follow applicable law. Customer-facing treatment businesses—including med spas, clinics, gyms, weight-loss, anti-aging, hormone, beauty, wellness, and medical practices purchasing for treatment—may not order.
Orders and payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We may verify identity or refuse, limit, cancel, or refund an order involving suspected fraud, misuse, a prohibited purchaser, or legal restriction.
Shipping
We ship only to eligible addresses. PO boxes are not accepted. Delivery dates are estimates. International customers are responsible for import compliance, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage charges.
Final sales and chargebacks
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after processing begins. Discretionary refunds may be issued when fulfillment is impossible. Contact support before a chargeback; fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account closure, collection, or lawful dispute proceedings.
Liability and governing law
The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Indirect and consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability will not exceed the affected product purchase price. California law governs and appropriate California courts have jurisdiction.
