Description

This capsule format delivers 5-Amino-1MQ, a small-molecule inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT) linked to NAD+ and methylation metabolism, in an oral research preparation. It is used to probe metabolic-enzyme activity.
