Description

GHK-Cu is a copper-bound glycyl-histidyl-lysine tripeptide, also called copper tripeptide-1, occurring naturally in the body. In laboratory research it is used to study tissue remodeling and copper-dependent signaling.

Preclinical literature describes investigations into collagen and matrix production, vessel formation, antioxidant gene activity, and repair signaling, carried out using cell-based assays and animal studies. Its copper-peptide chemistry makes it a distinctive remodeling model.
