Description
KPV is a synthetic tripeptide (lysine-proline-valine) matching the C-terminal segment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. In laboratory research it is examined as a candidate anti-inflammatory peptide.
Preclinical literature describes investigations into inflammatory cytokine control, NF-kB signaling, intestinal epithelial responses, and repair activity, carried out using cell-based assays and animal studies. Its compact three-residue form makes it a clean anti-inflammatory model.
Intended use: In vitro and preclinical in vivo laboratory research only. Not approved for human or veterinary use.
