Description
CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) without the drug affinity complex modification. It has been characterized in preclinical research as a GHRH receptor agonist with a short half-life, making it a useful tool compound for isolating GH axis endpoints in experimental designs.
CJC-1295 (No DAC) has been used in preclinical in vitro and rodent model studies to investigate pituitary GH secretion dynamics, GHRH receptor signaling, and pulsatile GH release characterization. Its short half-life supports time-course experimental designs in cell-based and rodent secretion studies.
Intended use: In vitro and preclinical in vivo laboratory research only. Not approved for human or veterinary use.
