Description
Tesamorelin is a synthetic stabilized analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It has been characterized in preclinical research as a GHRH receptor agonist with enhanced stability, making it a useful tool compound for isolating GH axis and metabolic endpoints in experimental designs.
Tesamorelin has been used in preclinical in vitro and rodent model studies to investigate pituitary GH secretion dynamics, GHRH receptor signaling, lipid and visceral-fat metabolism, and IGF-1 axis modulation. Its stabilized structure supports mechanistic characterization of the GH axis in cell-based and rodent research.
Intended use: In vitro and preclinical in vivo laboratory research only. Not approved for human or veterinary use.
